Vizhinjam International Seaport anticipates third ship arrival on November 27

Vizhinjam International Seaport, located near capital of Kerala, is poised for its third ship arrival on November 27, according to sources from port.
incoming vessel, "Zhen Hua 24," is set to deliver six-yard cranes, marking a significant development just a month after grand inauguration of deep-sea international port.

Following suit, second ship, "Zhen Hua 29," which arrived earlier this month carrying cranes, is scheduled to depart for Mundra Port in Gujarat today at 2 PM, as per port sources.

Notably, construction process encountered resistance from local fishermen, leing to violent protests. Fishermen expressed concerns that port's establishment would versely impact ir livelihoods.

Despite se challenges, Vizhinjam International Seaport project is moving forward, and imminent arrival of "Zhen Hua 24" signals continued progress in transforming this port into a key player in international maritime tre.
