The exclusive seats of arbitration shall be Chennai, India & the language of the arbitration shall be English.

Jurisdiction

In respect of all matters/disputes arising out of, in connection with or in relation to this agreement, only the civil courts at Mumbai, India shall have jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts.

Any matter, dispute, resolution on the presents are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai Court only.
