Actor Varun Dhawan Buys Properties Worth Rs 86.92 Crore In Mumbai - See Address, Registration Fees & Details

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has made significant real estate investments in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu locality. He purchased two luxury apartments in the same residential project, Twenty by D'DECOR. One property on the 6th floor was bought jointly with his mother, Karuna David Dhawan, while the 7th-floor apartment was acquired with his wife, Natasha. 

The combined value of these acquisitions is a staggering  Rs 86.92 crore.

6th-floor Apartment: Details

Now, the other property is the 6th-floor apartment. This apartment is shared with his mother. It costs  Rs 42.40 crore. The carpet area of this apartment is nearly 4,617 sq. ft. Here, four car parking spaces, a staff quarter, and two basement storage units are provided. For stamp duty, the cost was  Rs 2.54 crore.

7th Floor Apartment: Details

He had bought the 7th-floor apartment with his wife Natasha. It is priced at  Rs 44.52 crore. The apartment has a much larger carpet area of around 5,112 sq. ft, similar amenities like car parking spaces, a staff quarter, and basement storage units. Stamp duty paid on this purchase is  Rs 2.67 crore. Both these purchases were registered in January 2025.
