TCS Q3 Results FY2025: India's Largest IT Firm To Announce Earnings and Dividend Today

Tata Consultancy Services ( TCS ), India’s largest IT services firm, is set to release its audited financial results for the third quarter (Q3) and nine-month period ending December 31, 2024, today. The board meeting, scheduled for January 9, 2025, will include discussions on standalone and consolidated results.

TCS Q3 FY 2025 Results Date And Time Announced

"We hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025,” TCS said in an exchange filing.

TCS Dividend For 2024-2025

Along with the Q3 results for FY25, the IT giant also stated that the company's board of directors may decide to declare a third interim dividend during the meeting.

“…consider declaration of third interim dividend to the equity shareholders,” TCS added in the exchange filing. 

TCS Record Date 

If approved, the dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the company’s Register of Members or as beneficial owners in the Depositories’ records as of January 17, 2025, the designated Record Date.

‘The third interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, January 17, 2025 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose,’ as mentioned in the exchange filing by the Company.
