Asian Paints Limited announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 4, 2025. The agenda includes approval of the audited standalone financial results and unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.

‘Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 4th February 2025, inter alia, to consider the following: 1. Approval of audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December 2024; and 2. Approval of unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December 2024,’ as mentioned in the xchange filing by the company. 

Asian Paints Q3 Trading Window Closure
The company also announced that the trading window, which has been closed since December 23, 2024, will remain shut until February 6, 2025.

‘the trading window of the Company which has been closed since Monday, 23rd December 2024, for declaration of audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December 2024 shall remain closed upto Thursday, 6 th February 2025 (both days inclusive),’ as mentioned in the exchange filing.
