The company announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024.

In an exchange filing, the company stated, "We would like to inform that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, to consider and approve, inter alia, the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 (the 'Results')."

"The company had earlier informed regarding the closure of the trading window in compliance with the trading regulations of the company. "The trading window for trading in the company’s equity shares will be closed from January 1, 2025, until the expiry of 48 hours from the date when the results are declared and made public," the filing states further.
