Meta Is Paying Rs 4.30 Lakh To Content Creators Provided They Meet This Criterion

Amid the looming return of Tik Tok, Meta is guarding the creators with a Breakthrough bonus program. Meta has introduced the Breakthrough Bonus Program to support new creators on Facebook The program targets creators who have never monetized on Facebook, offering them a chance to earn up to $5,000 by sharing original content on both platforms.

“In this program, you can earn up to $5,000 in Breakthrough bonuses for a limited time by sharing reels on Facebook and Instagram. You can also earn money on videos, reels, photos and text posts through Facebook’s invite-only Content Monetization program and will be eligible to receive a free trial of Meta Verified” the report stated.

Breakthrough Program: How to Earn Bonuses

Participants can earn up to $5,000 within their first 90 days based on their social presence and content activity. Bonuses are paid through the Facebook payout account set up during the application process.

Steps To qualify the Program: 

• Share 20 reels on Facebook and 10 reels on Instagram within 30 days.
• Post reels on at least 10 different days during each 30-day period.
• Use original content that complies with Meta’s Content Monetization Policies.
• Avoid boosting reels as ads or crossposting between apps.

Breakthrough Program: Eligibility 

Before applying, creators must:

• Be based in the US and at least 18 years old.
• Have a third-party social account linked to Instagram and Facebook.
• Create or link a Facebook Page and Instagram professional account (professional mode profiles are not eligible).
• Not participate in other Facebook monetization programs.

• Download the Apps: Ensure both Facebook and Instagram are installed on your device.
• Apply: Use the provided links for iOS or Android to apply on Facebook or Instagram.
• Approval: Meta will notify applicants of their status within a few days. If accepted, the 30-day bonus period begins upon accepting the program’s terms and setting up a payout account.
