The acquisition, finalized for an investment of Rs 26,000, involved purchasing 2,600 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each.

‘AEL acquired 2600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each constituting 26 % of Share Capital of GPCPL for an aggregate investment of Rs. 26,000/,’ as mentioned in the exchange filing.

GPCPL, established on March 30, 2019, operates in the mining sector, specializing in coal and other mineral developments.
