Sussanne Khan’s Latest Rental Move in Mumbai: Find Out the Price Tag

Interior designer and entrepreneur Sussanne Khan has secured a rental property in Mumbai's upscale Jogeshwari West locality for Rs 2.37 lakh per month, as per property registration records reviewed by Square Yards. According to reports there is an increasing demand for premium residential spaces in Mumbai's western suburbs.

Located in the Agarwal Ind Estate, a residential complex that is ready for immediate occupancy, the leased property spans 2,329 square feet (approximately 216.37 square meters). The apartment is situated in one of Mumbai's most sought-after areas, offering residents easy access to key commercial zones, including SEZs, IT parks, and industrial hubs. The location is particularly attractive to business professionals and individuals seeking a blend of convenience and luxury living.

The formalities for the lease agreement included a stamp duty payment of Rs 13,500 and registration charges of Rs 1,000. The registration of the transaction took place in December 2024, according to official documents.

Sussanne Khan, the ex-wife of Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, is a notable name in the interior design industry. She is the founder of The Charcoal Project, where she caters to elite clientele, her expertise is  designing luxury interiors.

The ultra-luxury real estate market in India, particularly for properties valued above Rs 40 crore, remains robust, with 25 such transactions completed in cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Bengaluru during the first eight months of 2024. As per data from real estate consultancy Anarock, these high-end sales have totalled approximately Rs 2,443 crore, with Mumbai at the forefront of these transactions as of September 2024.
