Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL), a key player in India’s energy infrastructure, has announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Energy Solutions Step-Ten Limited (AESSTL).
As per an exchange filing dated, the subsidiary was registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, on December 18, 2024.
AESSTL has been established with an authorized and paid-up share capital of Rs 1 lakh each.
Although it is yet to commence operations, the company’s primary objective is to focus on the transmission, distribution, and supply of power, along with associated infrastructure services.
‘Incorporated by Adani Energy Solutions Limited, for transmission, distribution and supply of power and other infrastructure services relating thereto,’ as mentioned in the exchange filing by the company.
