To transfer WhatsApp chats, users need to ensure that their new Android phones run Android 12 or newer OS model and that they are connected through a cable.

How to transfer WhatsApp chats from iPhone to Android phone
Step 1: Download the latest version of WhatsApp on the old iPhone from Apple 's App Store and on the new Android phone from the Google Play Store.
Step 2: Next, set up the new Android smartphone while choosing the option to restore data when prompted.
Step 3: Next, connect the new Android phone with the old iPhone using a cable when the Copy Apps and Data Screen appears.
Step 4: Now tap Trust button when the iPhone warning appears on screen.
Step 5: Continue through the copying screens while keeping the iPhone unlocked. Locking the iPhone is likely to hamper the data transfer process.
Step 6: Scan the QR code on the screen of the Android smartphone using the iPhone 's camera.
Step 7: Tap the Start button.
Step 8: Disconnect the cable when the data transfer process is finished.
Step 9: Now open WhatsApp on the Android smartphone.
Step 10: Next, verify the WhatsApp account using the same phone number as the one on the old iPhone .
Step 11: Lastly, tap the Start button when prompted to import the WhatsApp chat history.
