The tragic suicide of 34-year-old Bengaluru techie Atul Subhash has shaken the city, leading to the arrests of his wife, Nikita Singhania, her mother, Nisha Singhania, and her brother, Anurag Singhania. The trio was taken into custody after Subhash left behind a 24-page suicide note alleging relentless harassment and corruption.
As per the report by ANI, Subhash, who served as the Deputy General Manager at a private firm, was found dead in his apartment on December 9. His handwritten note revealed severe accusations against his wife and her family, including the filing of nine cases under various sections such as murder, sexual misconduct, and dowry harassment.

In a swift police operation, Nikita Singhania was arrested in Gurugram, Haryana, while her mother and brother were detained in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. All three were presented before the court and sent to judicial custody.
“Accused A1 Nikita Singhania has been arrested from Gurugram, Haryana. Accused A2 Nisha Singhania and Accused A3 Anurag Singhania were arrested from Allahabad and were produced before the court and given to judicial custody," stated Shivakumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Whitefield Division, Bengaluru.
As per the report by ANI, Subhash’s suicide note also made shocking allegations against a judge, claiming that the judge demanded Rs 5 lakh to "settle" his case. Each page of the note carried the haunting phrase: “Justice is due.”
Subhash’s father, Pawan Kumar, described his son as deeply distressed by the harassment and corruption he faced. "My son used to say there is a lot of corruption, but he will fight as he is on the path of truth. He was broken from inside, though he didn't tell anyone anything," Pawan Kumar told ANI.
