On December 27, 2024, the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is hosting its flagship outreach program, “Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0,” at multiple locations across the country.

This initiative aims to provide on-the-spot solutions to issues faced by EPF members, pensioners, and employers. EPFO is also conducting awareness sessions to empower individuals with a better understanding of EPF schemes, processes, and digital tools.

What to expect at Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0

EPFO representatives will offer personalised assistance to attendees, answering questions about EPF contributions, withdrawals, pension calculations, and insurance claims under EDLI. Dedicated counters are set up for resolving complaints immediately wherever possible.Members can learn about online tools like the EPFO portal and the UMANG app to be able to manage account simply.
