The Nifty closed at 23,762.80, up by 35.15 points (0.15%), after opening at 23,775.80. The top gainers for the day are Adani Ports, M&M, SBI Life, Maruti, and Suryoday Small Finance Bank, with Asian Paints, Titan, JSW Steel, Grasim, and Nestle India as the major losers.
