Nestlé India Limited, a consumer food company that sells food, beverages, chocolate, and confectioneries. has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on January 31, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the third quarter of the Financial Year 2024-25, which ended on December 31, 2024.
“Intimating that the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled on Friday, 31st January 2025,” the company said in an exchange filing.
In addition to discussing the quarterly financial performance, the Board will consider declaring a second interim dividend for the current fiscal year. The company has set February 10, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholders' eligibility for this potential dividend.
“At the said Meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider declaration of second interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25,” the filing added.
