Infosys Q3 FY 2025 Results Date And Time Announced - Check Earnings Announcement Schedule

The highly anticipated October-December quarterly earnings season (Q3 FY2025) is set to begin in January 2025, bringing the financial performance of major companies into focus. Infosys , India’s second-largest IT firm, has officially announced the schedule for its Q3 earnings release.

Infosys Q3 Date and Time 
In a regulatory filing, Infosys confirmed that its Board of Directors will meet on January 15 and 16, 2025, to approve and record the company's Q3 financial results.

‘This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, January 15 and 16, 2025…for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024.’ the company stated in the exchange filing. ‘Approve and take on record the audited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per INDAS and IFRS for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024’

Infosys Trading Window
Infosys has also announced the closure of its trading window in compliance with SEBI ’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from December 16, 2024, to January 20, 2025, according to the company’s statement.

Infosys Dividend
While Infosys has not mentioned any dividend-related news in its latest filing, it is unlikely to announce or recommend a dividend during the Q3 results.

Infosys Dividend History 
In its Q2 FY2024-25 results, Infosys rewarded shareholders with an interim dividend of Rs 21 per share on a face value of Rs 5. Earlier in May 2024, the company had paid a final dividend of Rs 20 and a special dividend of Rs 8 per share.
