PVR Inox is testing a new 'Pay for What You Watch' model called FLEXI Show, offering moviegoers the flexibility to leave the theatre at any point during the film and pay only for the time they watched. This initiative aims to enhance customer satisfaction by aligning costs with viewing time.
Pilot Testing in Select Locations
The FLEXI Show feature is currently in the pilot stage and available in select cinemas across Delhi NCR and Gurugram for specific shows. To opt for this service, viewers need to pay an additional 10% premium on the ticket price.
Expanding Cinematic Experiences
As of now, PVR Inox operates 1,747 screens, with 300 premium screens, 58% of which are located in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR. This highlights the company's focus on offering premium viewing experiences in major metropolitan areas.
Innovative with Holographic Technology
Earlier this month, PVR Inox hosted a holographic unboxing event at its theatre in Orion Mall, Bangalore, captivating 9,000 viewers over three days. This campaign showcased the company’s commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology with entertainment to enhance audience engagement.
With the FLEXI Show model and technological innovations, PVR Inox is redefining the moviegoing experience by prioritizing flexibility and immersive entertainment for its audience.
