Byju's on a spree to resolve insolvency issues
Even as edtech firm Byju’s has settled insolvency issues with various creditors, it recently knocked at the NCLAT against its recent order that allowed the cricket board BCCI’s petition for initiating insolvency proceedings against the edtech company.
