WhatsApp multi-device login has been a long-awaited feature and is finally rolling out in the iOS beta version. Keep reading to find out more details.

One of most anticipated features on WhatsApp mobile messenger is multi-device login. While feature is t yet available for Android users, platform has started rolling out multi-device login for iOS users. feature will enable users to open WhatsApp app on four devices using one account. se sessions can eir be WhatsApp for macOS/Windows, Facebook portal or a WhatsApp web session.
As reported by XDA Developers, feature comes along with latest 2.21.180.14 update. As mentioned in report, multi-device feature can be accessed in application itself, from Linked Devices section. As and when users wish to join and enable multi-device login feature, y would have to disconnect all currently linked devices and d m again by scanning QR code shown by WhatsApp web client.

most exciting feature that this update carries is ability to use multiple devices independently. For instance, when an iOS user will link ir computer through a WhatsApp web client, WhatsApp web-based application will run on computer, wher or t smartphone is connected to internet or t. Previously, WhatsApp web client stopped functioning as soon as primary mobile device lost internet connection. In or words, a user will be able to operate WhatsApp independently on multiple devices, without need to keep an active smartphone.
As mentioned earlier, a user can d up to 4 devices, which can be used independently. When user ds a new device, WhatsApp web client might take some time to synchronise messs and media sent and received on primary mobile device. However, once device is connected, it will fully send and receive messs on an active internet connection.

report also mentions that WhatsApp will be ding feature for iP and Android tablets soon. ditionally, WhatsApp multi-device logging feature is currently available only on iOS in restricted markets. A word of caution from report states that users with an older version of application might t be able to make and take voice calls to people with newer version.
