OnePlus-McLaren partnership: What’s coming up in India on December 12

In what could be a good news for both OnePlus and F1 fans, OnePlus chief Pete Lau anunced ir partnership with McLaren, a British Formula One team. Although result of this partnership is t kwn yet, a speculation has it that OnePlus is likely to unveil ir special OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition. OnePlus India has hosted a new p on ir website at oneplus.in/mclaren, suggesting that it’ll make a formal anuncement on December 12. Here is what we kw about it!

Ever since Pete anunced that OnePlus is teaming up with McLaren, we have seen numerous report saying that OnePlus is likely to anunce OnePlus 6T McLaren edition. Just a couple of weeks ago, OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple Edition went up for sale with some discount offers. If se reports are indeed true, we might see OnePlus launch yet ar special edition of OnePlus 6T smartphone in Indian market.

As for ar possibility, OnePlus logo might be going up on McLaren F1 sports car. If we take a closer look, a webp hosted on official OnePlus website res “Salute to Speed,” alongside a video playing in background. This video shows orange McLaren F1 sports car in action! In official anuncement blog post, Pete uploed a teaser im showing two orange borders forming up shape of a racing track.

Some users speculated in comments section saying that an unconfirmed OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition could feature an orange grient design on rear.

OnePlus 6T starts at Rs 37,999 for 6GB RAM and 128GB stor. Powering handset is Qualcomm’s top-of--line Snapdragon 845 chipset coupled with re 630 GPU for graphics. Inside is a 3,700mAh battery with fast charging support. It sports 6.41 inches 1080p screen with in-display fingerprint reer. It still houses 16MP+20MP dual rear cameras and 16MP selfie camera.
