HCL Tech Q3 FY24-25: IT Firm To announce Earnings and Dividend

HCL Technologies, a leading global IT services company, has scheduled its Board of Directors meeting on January 13, 2025, to announce the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024.

In addition to the financial results, the board will consider the payment of the fourth interim dividend for the fiscal year 2024-25.

"We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, January 13, 2025 to consider amongst others:1) Un- audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024. Payment of 4th Interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25," HCL said in a statement to BSE .

Analysts tracking the sector predict a Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) revenue increase of 3.3 percent to Rs 306,568 crore for Q3 FY25, up from Rs 296,665.14 crore in the previous quarter.

The Profit after Tax (PAT) is expected to rise by 9.5 percent to Rs 4,640 crore, compared to Rs 4,235 crore in Q2 FY25, as per analysts.

HCL Tech 's shares closed at Rs 1,997.10 on January 10, 2024, with a market capitalization stands at Rs 5.40 trillion.
