At a time when global markets are negotiating inflationary pressures and slowing consumer growth, Apple’s India performance proves worth of India’s massive domestic consumption market. A tech-savvy, aspirational population craving next best gadget is likely to be right landscape for Apple to expand its base.

re are challenges still: high import prices and a market still price sensitive but premium appeal of brand continues to woo buyers. fan base is also likely to expand beyond urban centres – which explains likely destinations of its new stores: Bengaluru, Pune, and Delhi-NCR apart from or Mumbai destinations.
