Samsung Galaxy S25 Series: Launch date, Features, Design and More

Samsung is gearing up to unveil its latest Galaxy S25 series at the upcoming Galaxy  event this month. The series will include the Galaxy S25 series including Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, all expected to be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

Samsung S25: Colour

Leaked renders reveal the design and colour options for the Galaxy S25 and S25 Ultra. The base model comes in an Icy Blue shade, while the Ultra variant is available in Titanium Blue. Both phones showcase slim, uniform bezels and centred hole-punch front cameras, along with rounded edges. Transparent Spigen Crystal Flex cases are featured in the leaked images.

Samsung S25: Pre-Order 

Pre-orders for the Galaxy S25 series will begin on January 24th, two days after the launch event, and will stay open until February 4th. Samsung traditionally offers several incentives during this period, such as discounts on accessories, storage upgrades, and exclusive colours available only on Samsung’s website.

Samsung S25: Sale Date

The Galaxy S25 series, including the S25 Ultra, will go on sale on February 7th, following the pre-order window. This aligns with Samsung’s usual two-week gap between pre-orders and retail availability.

Samsung S25: Display

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to feature a sleek design with a titanium frame and curved edges. It may sport a 6.9-inch M13 OLED display with a peak brightness of 3000 nits, thanks to a new high-brightness mode.

Samsung S25: Camera 

The Ultra model is rumored to include a quad-camera setup with a 200MP primary sensor, a new 100MP Space Zoom feature, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP telephoto lens with variable zoom from 4x to 7x. Additionally, a 10MP lens with 3x optical zoom is expected.

Samsung S25: Performance and Battery

Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is anticipated to offer up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It will retain a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging and improved battery life due to enhanced GPU efficiency. Qi2 magnetic wireless charging is also expected to be included.
