Apple announces India prices of iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro

Apple launched the new iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro lineups in India at the “It's Glowtime” event held on Monday. There are four models also this time, namely, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. While Apple has minimised the differences between the Pro and non-Pro models this time, there are discernible dissimilarities, including a new look for the cameras on the standard models. The chipset is also more or less the same this time wherein the iPhone 16 series uses an Apple A18 chip, while an A18 Pro CPU powers the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max. The maximum changes, however, have come to the top model, the iPhone 16 Pro Max. Besides upgraded cameras, which offer professional-level photography and filmmaking features, the iPhone 16 Pro Max has the biggest price tag. The remaining models will be available at the same price as their predecessors. Here are the prices of each iPhone model in India.

Apple will offer the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus in Ultramarine, Teal, Pink, White, and Black colours. On the other hand, the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max have Desert, Natural, White, and Black colourways for the titanium build.

iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro sale date in India

Apple has opened pre-orders for all four iPhone models and their sale will kick off on September 20 from the Apple Store and Apple Store Online. Third-party shopping platforms, online and offline, are expected to announce availability soon.
