Vinod Kambli Health Update: Ex-India Cricketer Admitted To Hospital - What We Know So far
As per reports, the cricketer's condition is relatively stable but he is not completely out of danger yet.
Vinod Kambli, former cricketer of the Indian cricket team was hospitalised on Saturday, December 21, after his health deteriorated.
Currently, he has been admitted to Akriti Hospital in Thane, Maharashtra. Though his condition has stabilised, he is still under close observation and in critical care.
As per reports, the cricketer's condition is relatively stable but he is not completely out of danger yet.
Further details of the 52-year-old's ailment are awaited.
In a latest video that went viral, Vinod Kambli is seen emotionally holding on to the arm of his Mumbai teammate and former caption of the Indian cricket team, Sachin Tendulkar during a memorial for their childhood coach, Ramakant Achrekar, as Kambli was refusing to let go.
The cricketer has also admittedly left alcohol recently, about six months ago.
Kambli has had a history of having represented India in 17 tests along with 104 ODIs and has also played 129 first-class matches for Mumbai.
