Atul Subhash Suicide Case: Bengaluru Court Grants Bail To Wife, In Laws
It is alleged that the harassment by his estranged wife Nikita Singhania and her family drove him to die by suicide.
Atul Subhash's wife Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania and her brother Anurag Singhania have been granted bail by Bengaluru's City Civil Court on Saturday.
Atul Subhash (34), the Bengaluru techie who died by suicide last year, was from Uttar Pradesh and was reportedly facing nine cases, including charges of murder, unnatural sex and dowry-related harassment.
It is alleged that the harassment by his estranged wife Nikita Singhania and her family drove him to die by suicide.
Prior to this, Subhash also uploaded an 81-minute-long video on the internet titled 'This ATM is closed permanently. A legal genocide is happening in India'.
The video contained a detailed account of the abuse and harassment that Atul Subhash had to go through at the hands of his estranged wife and in-laws.
He had also tagged Elon Musk as well as Donald Trump in his video, among others.
