HDFC Bank service disruption: Have any banking tasks lined up for December 14-15? You might want to rethink your schedule, as HDFC Bank has announced system maintenance that will impact several key services.

From UPI payments to mutual fund transactions, here's what you need to know to avoid any banking inconvenience during this crucial period.

What services will be affected?

HDFC Bank has shared the details of its upcoming maintenance schedule, warning customers of temporary disruptions to various services, all aimed at improving the overall banking experience.

On December 14, 2024, credit card transactions will be unavailable from 1:00 AM to 1:30 AM IST for 30 minutes.

Between 2:30 AM and 5:30 AM IST, several services will be offline for 3 hours, including NetBanking, Mobile Banking, account-related details, fund transfers (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS), merchant payments, and instant account opening.

Additionally, demat transactions will be inaccessible from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM IST for 2 hours. From 10:00 PM on December 14 to 12:00 PM on December 15 IST, the Offers tab on NetBanking will also be unavailable for 14 hours.

On December 15, mutual fund transactions will be unavailable on the new NetBanking platform between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM IST for 4 hours.
