UltraTech Cement Limited, a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group and a major player in the Indian cement industry, announced a new date of its upcoming board meeting to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024.

Ultratech Cement Q3 Results Date And Time
Initially scheduled for January 21, 2025, the meeting will now be held on January 23, 2025. The decision to reschedule was communicated via a formal letter to stock exchanges, including the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

‘We now write to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on 21st January, 2025 will now be held on 23rd January, 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024,’ as mentioned in the Exchange filing. 

Ultratech Cement Q3 Results Trading Window Closure
As per the company’s Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed or Proposed to be Listed Securities, the trading window for UltraTech Cement’s securities will remain closed for all connected and designated persons until 48 hours after the financial results are announced. This means trading activities involving UltraTech shares will resume only on January 25, 2025.

‘Company will continue to remain closed for all Connected / Designated Persons till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. up to 25th January, 2025,’ as mentioned in the exchange filing.
