TCS Dividend Announcement: Date, Schedule, And More Details

Tata Consultancy Services ( NSE , BSE: TCS), the country's largest IT sector lender will be announcing its quarterly results for the quarter ending December 2024, on January 9, 2025. In an exchange filing, TCS announced the date and time for the TCS Q3 FY 2025 Earnings announcement.

"We hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025,” TCS said in an exchange filing.

“… approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and nine month period ending December 31, 2024. We approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the quarter and nine-month period ending December 31, 2024” TCS said.

TCS Dividend For 2024-2025

Along with the Q3 results for FY25, the IT giant also stated that the company's board of directors may decide to declare a third interim dividend during the meeting.
“…consider declaration of third interim dividend to the equity shareholders,” TCS added.

Meanwhile, shares of TCS  were trading at Rs 4115.00 per share at about 1.37 pm on Wednesday. After opening at Rs 4100, the shares went to touch an intraday high of Rs 4134 apiece. TCS is one of the biggest players in Computers - Software & Consulting with a total market capital of about Rs 14,88,843 Crore.
