Stocks In Focus: UBS Initiates Coverage On Prestige, DLF, Oberoi - Should You Buy, Sell Or Hold?

UBS On Indian Realty Stocks: The Indian real estate stocks which gained substantially last year, are going to remain under watch in Wednesday’s trade as the international brokerage firm UBS has initiated coverage for key realtors including DLF, Prestige Estate Projects, and Oberoi Realty.

The brokerage firm believes that the Indian real estate sector is in ‘a sweet spot’ with an unprecedented combination of tailwinds that will sustain the ongoing cycle for the next three to five years.

“While stocks have rallied significantly over the past year, we believe the tailwinds will drive further earnings growth and re-rating. While we do not rule out near-term softness due to a broader macro slowdown, we would use any dips as buying opportunities,” Aditya Chandrasekar, Analyst at UBS wrote in the brokerage report.

DLF Share Price Target

DLF Limited, a major player in the real estate sector, has received a "Buy" rating from UBS with a target price of Rs 1,005. This indicates a positive outlook for the company's growth prospects and market position. With a market capitalisation of Rs 24,101 crore, UBS believes that DLF's performance is set for steady growth in the coming quarters.  

Prestige Estates Share Price Target  

UBS also rated Prestige Estates with a "Buy" rating, showing confidence in its strong project pipeline and market presence. The stock's target price is Rs 2,175, suggesting strong upside potential. With a market cap of Rs 8,410 crore, the company remains a prominent name in India's reality landscape.  

Oberoi Realty Share Price Target  

Oberoi Realty has been assigned a "Neutral" rating, with a target price of Rs 2,230. While its market capitalisation stands at Rs 8,629 crore, UBS has a balanced outlook on the stock, with limited near-term triggers for gains.
