Reliance Industries Limited Share Price Target 2025: Stock Up 1.5% In One Day - Buy, Sell Or Hold?
On Monday, RIL shares showed signs of recovery. The stock opened slightly higher at Rs 1,217.25 on the BSE.
Reliance Industries Share Price Target 2025: Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) remains in a downward trajectory despite achieving a 52-week high of Rs 1,608.95 in July. Over the past six months, the stock has declined over 15 per cent, hitting a one-year low of Rs 1,202 last Friday.
On Monday, however, RIL shares showed signs of recovery. The stock opened slightly higher at Rs 1,217.25 on the BSE compared to the previous close of Rs 1,206. It further climbed to Rs 1,224, marking a gain of 1.5 per cent.
Reliance Industries Share Price Target: Buy, Sell, or Hold?
Antique Stock Broking, in a December 2023 report, has issued a “Hold” recommendation for RIL. With a current market price (CMP) of Rs 1,205, the brokerage has set a target price (TP) of Rs 1,409, reflecting a potential upside of 17 per cent.
Similarly, Kotak Institutional Equities has given an “Add” rating with the same CMP and a target price of Rs 1,405, implying a similar upside.
Reliance Jio Faces Subscriber Loss
Reliance Jio, RIL’s telecom arm, continued to lose subscribers for the fourth consecutive month. In October, the operator saw 3.76 million users leave its platform, according to data released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
This marked a significant improvement from September’s loss of 7.96 million subscribers and August’s 4.01 million. In July, the telco had witnessed an attrition of 0.76 million users. Meanwhile, competitor Bharti Airtel reversed its downward trend, adding 1.92 million users in October after three months of decline.
RIL Future Outlook
Despite the challenges faced by its telecom segment, RIL’s stock movement and analysts’ targets suggest cautious optimism. Investors are advised to evaluate the company’s long-term growth potential alongside market conditions before making any investment decisions.
