NTPC Q3 Dividend 
In the exchange filing the company mentioned that the board will also consider the declaration of a second interim dividend for FY2024-25. This announcement, if approved, will follow NTPC’s commitment to reward shareholders

‘Declaration of Second Interim Dividend, if any, on the equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25,’ as mentioned by the company.

NTPC Q3 Results Closing Window 
Additionally, the trading window for NTPC shares has been closed since January 1, 2025. This closure, mandated by the company’s insider trading prevention code, ensures no transactions occur until 48 hours after the financial results are announced. The window will reopen on January 27, 2025.
