Jio Financial Services, a Mukesh Ambani-led NBFC, has scheduled its Q3 FY25 financial results announcement for Friday, January 17, 2025.

The disclosure will include both standalone and consolidated financial performance for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024.

The company confirmed this date in an exchange filing on January 10, 2025, stating: “…a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.”

Like its Q2 FY25 results, which were disclosed on October 18, 2024, after market hours, Jio Financial is expected to reveal its Q3 earnings at a similar time.

Jio Financial Services, a prominent player in the financial sector, announced a modest yet positive growth in its net profit for the second quarter of the financial year 2024-2025. For the quarter ended September 2024, the company reported a net profit of Rs 689 crore, marking a 3 per cent increase compared to Rs 668 crore recorded during the same period in the previous year

In terms of revenue generation, Jio Financial Services witnessed a notable surge. The company’s revenue from operations for the second quarter stood at Rs 693.50 crore, reflecting a robust 14 per cent growth when compared to the revenue of Rs 608.04 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

Jio Financial Services reported an impressive net worth of Rs 1,37,144 crore as of September 30, 2024.  Additionally, the company’s assets under management (AUM), stood at Rs 1,206 crore.
