For investors tracking allotment dates, Carraro India, Senores Pharmaceuticals, and Ventive Hospitality, whose IPOs launched on December 20, 2024, are expected to finalise their share allotments by Thursday, December 26, 2024. These companies are set to list on Monday, December 30, 2024.

Unimech Aerospace IPO DetailsUnimech Aerospace and Manufacturing’s public issue opens on Monday, December 23, 2024, and will close on Thursday, December 26, 2024.

The company aims to raise Rs 500 crore through a fresh issue of 63,69,424 shares and an offer for sale of 31,84,712 shares, with shares priced between Rs 745-785 each. Investors must bid for at least 19 shares, translating to a minimum investment of Rs 14,915.

The allotment process will be finalised on Friday, December 27, 2024, and the company’s shares are expected to debut on the BSE and NSE on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

SME IPO activities

The SME segment will also witness notable action. NACDAC Infrastructure shares are set to list on the BSE SME platform on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. Identical Brains Studios and Newmalayalam Steel will debut on the NSE SME platform on Thursday, December 26, 2024, and Friday, December 27, 2024, respectively.
