German exports rise in August, defying expectations of decline
Exports rose by 1.3 per cent in August compared with the previous month, data from the federal statistics office showed.
Exports of goods to the US were up 5.5 per cent compared with July and exports to the U.K. rose by 5.7 per cent. | Image:
