The initial public offering ( IPO ) of DAM Capital Advisors closed for subscription on December 23. The ₹840.25 crore offering was entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.97 crore shares.

The subscription rate on the third day, December 23, was 81.88 times the share sale price. The company has received an overwhelming response on the last day of subscription and has managed to raise ₹251.48 crore from anchor investors during the anchor investor bidding on December 18.
