Dabur Q3 FY 2025 Date Announced - Check Earnings Announcement Schedule

Dabur India has revealed the schedule for its Q3 FY25 results.

FMCG major, Dabur India Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, 30th January 2025, to evaluate and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.

"...we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th January 2025 to inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter/nine months ending on 31st December 2024," the company disclosed in an exchange filing on December 20, 2024.

Dabur Closing Window
As per SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in Dabur India securities will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st January 2025, to Saturday, 1st February 2025.

"…as amended from time to time and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st January 2025, to Saturday, 1st February 2025 (both days inclusive)," Dabur stated in the exchange filing.

Dabur India Q2 FY25 Results
For the July-September 2024 quarter, Dabur reported a decline of 17.65% in its consolidated net profit, which fell to Rs 417.52 crore from Rs 507.04 crore in the same period a year ago. Revenue from operations also dipped by 5.46% to Rs 3,028.59 crore, compared to Rs 3,203.84 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

The company’s total expenses for Q2 FY25 decreased slightly by 1.31% to Rs 2,634.40 crore during the quarter.

On 24th December 2024, Dabur India’s stock closed at Rs 509.90, down by 0.04% from its opening price of Rs 512.65. The company's market capitalization currently stands at Rs 90,370.34 crore.
