The $500 million yacht owned by Jeff Bezos recently got raided by authorities as his fiancé Lauren Sanchez, enjoyed some leisure time sunbathing.

A team of customs officers unexpectedly boarded the yacht and carried out a surprise inspection near St. Barts on New Year's Eve.

Visuals from Page Six showed the billionaire's fiancé posing on the deck of the luxury yacht, Koru.

The Amazon founder was not present at the time of the surprise check, however, his fiancé Lauren Sanchez, dealt with the situation.

Customs Officers Raid Kuro For Over Three Hours

The officials raided the yacht for more than three hours and they specified no reason for the raid, adding that it was a routine inspection.

Former NFL star Tony Gonzalez, who has a 23-year-old son with Sanchez, was also on the yacht at the time of the raid, as per a US English Daily report.

The Story Of Kuro

Jeff Bezos bought this yacht, Kuro, for $500 million according to the US English Daily.

The vessel is 417 feet long, spans several decks and also has three huge masts along with its own support yacht with a helipad.

Kuro is one of the largest sailing yachts ever built in the Netherlands, which is the unofficial capital of boatbuilding for the uber-rich, according to a Bloomberg report.
