NDA set for Modi 3.0

PM Modi took the oath amid a battery of people from cross sections of life. The PM took the oath clad in a pristine white kurta-pajama and a blue bandhgala jacket. 72 ministers to take oath along with the PM. 

Nirmala Sitharaman who chose not to contest the elections has taken oath as a cabinet minister in Modi 3.0. Earlier she had key portfolios such as finance, corporate affairs etc.

Nirmala Sitharaman takes oath along with Rajnath Singh, JP Nadda, Nitin Gadkari, and S Jaishankar for 3.0 Cabinet. 

A number of dignitaries from India’s neighbourhood and the Indian Ocean Region are present for the ceremony, including Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina and Maldives President Mohamed Muizzu.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has secured a third term, with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) forming the government .This outcome sets the stage for significant strategic adjustments in India's economic and policy direction, particularly in the upcoming Budget 2024.
