Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Dominion Edition launched in India
Maruti Suzuki India launched the Grand Vitara’s Dominion Edition in India and added complimentary accessory kits worth up to Rs 52,599 to select variants.
Grand Vitara special edition: India’s leading passenger vehicle manufacturer, Maruti Suzuki India launched the Grand Vitara’s Dominion Edition for the festive season. This special edition Grand Vitara is an accessorised version, which adds complimentary accessory kits worth up to Rs 52,599 to select variants. The company also announced that this edition is for the festive season and will be applicable only in October.
"The Grand Vitara has redefined the mid-SUV segment, and the Dominion Edition builds on this success by offering options that cater to the evolving preferences of our customers.”, Mr Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Officer, Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said.
Price and variants on offer:
From the Delta variant onward, the Grand Vitara Dominion Edition is available. In addition to that, it is offered in petrol and CNG powertrains, in the Delta, Zeta, and Alpha variants.
The accessories kit of the Grand Vitara Dominion edition for the Delta variant starts at Rs 48,599, Rs 49,999 for the Zeta variant and Rs 52,699 for the Alpha variant.
Exterior accessories:
The special Edition gets rear skid plates, body door visors, side moldings, side steps, and a car care kit.
Interior accessories:
On the interiors, the special edition offers dual-tone seat covers for the Delta variant and brown seat covers for the Zeta variant, along with 3D mats and an interior styling kit.
Engine specifications:
Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara offers a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine is an inline four-cylinder engine, which produces 105 BHP and 137 Nm torque, mated to a five-speed manual and a six-speed automatic gearbox. It also offers a 1.5-litre strong hybrid petrol engine that produces 91 BHP and 122 Nm torque.
As per the company, the strong hybrid engine has a fuel efficiency of 27.97 km/l. The Grand Vitara is also available in a CNG variant, which produces 87 BHP and 122 Nm torque, mated to a five-speed manual transmission.
