Hero Splendor to Bajaj Pulsar: Top three motorcycles with highest sales in September 2024

Motorcycle sales in September: The motorcycle segment saw a surge in sales in September 2024. Amid festive discounts and offers, the sales of the motorcycle segment witnessed a growth month-on-monthentum. As per the data from the Society of Indian Automotive Manufacturers (SIAM), the motorcycle sector registered optimistic sentiment. The first position on the sales chart is secured by Splendor from  Hero MotoCorp, followed by Shine from Honda Motorcycle Scooter. Let us have a look at the top three motorcycles with highest sales in September 2024:

Hero Splendor:

The first position on the sales chart was secured by Hero Splendor. Splendor recorded total sales of 3,75,886 units in September 2024, and registered a growth of 17.58 per cent on a year-on-year basis. The Hero Splendor also witnessed a growth of 24.08 per cent on a month-on-month basis as compared to August 2024. The price of Hero Splendor starts at Rs 74,650 (ex-showroom). The Hero Splendor is offered in four variants. 

Honda Shine:

The second position on the sales chart was secured by Honda Motorcycle Scooter’s Shine. Shine saw total sales of 1,81,835 units in September 2024. The Honda Shine registered a growth of 12.56 per cent on a year-on-year basis. The Honda Shine also witnessed a growth of 3.89 per cent on a month-on-month basis. The price of the     Honda Shine starts at Rs 82,065 (ex-showroom). The Honda Shine is offered in two variants. 

Bajaj Pulsar:

The third position on the list is secured by Bajaj Pulsar. Pulsar recorded total sales of 1,39,182 units in September 2024. The Bajaj Pulsar saw a growth of 15.86 per cent on a year-on-year basis. The Bajaj Pulsar also registered a growth of 19.73 per cent on a month-on-month basis as compared to August 2024. The price of Bajaj Pulsar starts at Rs 85,261 (ex-showroom). The Bajaj Pulsar is offered in multiple engine options, starting from 125cc.
