Who Is Atul Subhash, Bengaluru Techie Who Tagged Elon Musk, Donald Trump Before Committing Suicide?

Atul Subhash, a Bangalore techie recently committed suicide and tagged Donald Trump and Elon Musk in his post on X.

Earlier, the Marathahalli police registered an FIR on the complaint filed by Atul Subhash's brother Bikas Kumar against 4 people, including the techie's wife.
The FIR has been registered under Section 108 and Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

Among the accused are the Atul Subhash's wife, her mother, brother and uncle.

Atul Subhash's Story

In the video that he uploaded, Atul Subhash accused his wife, her family members and a judge for harassment, extortion, and corruption.

He had married his wife in 2019, he said in the video.

In the complaint that his brother Bikas has filed, it is alleged that the four accused filed a false case against the deceased techie after his divorce with his former wife. Atul's wife and her family members insisted that he pays Rs 3 crore for the settlement of the case. Additionally, the complain alleges that his wife had demanded Rs 30 lakh to allow him to meet his son of four years.

Atul was found hanging in his home on Monday where he left a death-note that was 24 pages long. In his note he said that his wife was already receiving Rs 40,000 every month as maintenance.

In his dire call for justice, he had written "Justice is Due" on every single page of the 24-page suicide note.
